Graphic Design Volunteer
CCS Pudong is looking for a volunteer who is good with graphic design (Photoshop, AI, Indesign) and can come in once or twice a week to help with creating various signs, posters, etc. for our April Golf Tournament and May Bazaars. If interested, please contact dustin@communitycenter.cn.

Class/Tour Coordinator Assistant:  (1 volunteer - 3-6pm)
Assist Classes and Tours program on the following
 •  Put classes onto the website
 •  Follow up the class when it starts, discuss with class/tour coordinator to cancel or reschedule by the registration. Then inform the teacher and attendees.
 •   Send reminder to students and teacher 2days before the class start.
 •   Send evaluation to attendees after the class/tour
 •   Write the classroom white board before leaving
 •   Translators/Interpreter: for classes needed. (They can take the class for free!)
 •   Edit class info on website and on newsletter.
 •   Design class flyers as needed

Coffee Connection Committee
 •  Need team members to help prepare and implement Coffee Connection twice a month. Team meeting once a month.
