Registration Process

Registration

Registration is required for all paid activities. Please register in person or online at www.communitycenter.cn. Online registrations will receive a confirmation via email. Please note that space is given in order of payment received, not registration date. To guarantee your place, we encourage you to make payment at your earliest convenience. You may register and make payment in person during our regular hours, Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Price Policy

The Early Bird Fee is applicable to payments made at least two weeks before the course begins. Regular Fee applies to payments made at least one day before the class starts. Walk-in Fee applies to payments made on the first day of the course.

Cancellations

The Center reserves the right to cancel any courses that do not have sufficient enrollment or in case of emergency. We make every effort to notify registered students promptly.

Refund and Credit Policy

For activities that are cancelled by the Center, the student will receive a full cash refund or class credit. Please note that all refunds take one week to process.

If you cancel your registration at least 5 days prior to the first meeting, we will give full credit or cash refund. After that time, we are unable to give credits. Please note that the refunds take one week to process.Refund should to be taken within THREE months.

If situations such as medical difficulties or repatriation arise, we are generally considerate on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that Community Center is a non-profit organization and we start a class based upon the minimum number of registrations. Please check your personal schedules carefully before committing to an event or class. Withdrawals at a late date can cause inconvenience to the Center and other participants.

Additional events and any changes to classes will be updated and posted in our website. We invite you to browse our website at www.communitycenter.cn regularly.
