My name is Azin Nasseri, I am from Canada but I come to Shanghai with a diverse international background and work experience as a psychologist. I received my Masters degree and advanced training in psychology from Switzerland and I am in the final stage of completing my doctorate (PhD) in Psychology through the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, in the USA.

I have been happily married for 18 years to my wonderful wife and we have been blessed with three lovely children. I specialize in marriage counseling and have over 12 years of experience in clinical psychology. What is most rewarding for me is to work with courageous individuals and couples that are motivated in working through their challenges and seek to better themselves and improve the quality of their relationships. I take a holistic approach to counseling. This means I take into consideration the biological, psychological, social, and moral dimensions of human reality, and I use a variety of techniques that support my clients' needs. I also have a personal interest in integrating the scientific traditions of the west with the wisdom of eastern traditions.

For leisure, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, cooking, and occasionally playing golf.

Sophie de Fauconval is a Belgian child, teenager and adult psychologist. She completed a five year Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Louvain-la-Neuve in Belgium and a three year Master’s degree in Children Psychotherapy given by both the Universities of Louvain-la-Neuve and of Geneva (Switzerland). She has worked several years in Belgium in a multidisciplinary neuropediatric center, in a center with children from drug-addicted parents and she also built her private practice. She has experience with children, teenagers and their parents who deal with various issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, school problems, emotions management, conflicts or opposition but also with intelligence and psycho-emotional tests. In her work with children and parents, she likes to use media like drawings, games and clay modeling. She thinks they allow children to express themselves, which helps her understanding them. She likes to meet the child and his/her two parents at first to get to know everyone and discuss the matter. Afterwards she offers parental support (with or without the child), psycho-emotional check-up or children therapy depending on the matter.

She also works with adults helping them deal with issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and other questions they may have. She believes that everybody has resources to find and built his/her personal life path and that she is there to help people readjust and believe in their resources. She uses various counseling techniques depending on the client needs.

Sophie is fluent in French and English and understands Dutch and Spanish. She is available to counsel at Puxi Hongqiao Center and in People Square.

Peace Farideh Azad, M.Ed. & MSW(Masters in Guidance & Counseling and Social Work) with more than twenty years of experience.

I believe strongly that emotional healing is possible if we desire it and are willing to do our healing work. All of life‘s challenges are opportunities for growing stronger in mind, spirit and heart. As we do our healing work, we will realize that what used to be overwhelming and difficult is becoming easier. As we grow from our new attitudes and skills we are able to use our thoughts to focus on our dreams and work towards reaching them. I also believe that it is possible to create harmonious and joyful marriages and to raise emotionally healthy and responsible children and teenagers. I can assist those dealing with depression, anxiety, addictions, self-worth issues and anger management.
